About The Course Creator & Instructor



My name is Mo and I'm a Registered Dietitian & Behavioural Change Specialist. I used to struggle with binge eating disorder for years (even as a dietetics student and for a year as a Dietitian). I discovered that the solution to binge eating isn't simply about what we eat and don't eat. It is way more than that. When I decided to embark on my own journey to overcome binge eating I learned so much and in the process became a better version of myself. Binge eating became one of the best difficult and terrible things to happen to me. I discovered that the obstacle is the way. Now I dedicate my entire work and life to helping others through their journey of overcoming their own obstacle, so they can be the best version of themselves and surprise the world and their families with their true talented self. Life is amazing beyond the binge.
